A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:30 on June 4, 2016, the Defendant made a false report to 112 on the front of the D convenience point located in Mappon C, with the content that “A female workers are present at the front of the D convenience point,” and at around 00:40, the Defendant obstructed the front of the patrol vehicle called after receiving the said 112 report at the front of the D convenience point, thereby preventing the patrol vehicle from putting the front of the patrol vehicle called after receiving the said 112 report at the front of the D convenience point, and making it impossible to attach the front door of the patrol vehicle after checking the safety after sudden stop and making the turn to the left, and then, as the rear left end of the patrol vehicle gets off as the front left side of her new call, the Defendant made a false report from around 100 days to 30 days after making a false report: 30 days after making a false report: 100-day notification and 40 days after making a false report.”

Accordingly, the defendant, as a deceptive scheme, interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of reports.

2. Around 00:41 on June 4, 2016, the Defendant insultd the victim by publicly insulting the victim by referring to the police officer belonging to the Gyeonggi-gu Gyeonggi Police Station G police box, which is the victim, to “Ig, the police officer was forced to interfere with the performance of official duties on the part of the police station, and the police officer was forced to do so at least twice. At once, the Defendant had been exposed to the main body of the police station of the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station, which is the victim, on the front side of the D convenience point located in Ma-gu, Ma-gu, Ma-gu, Ma-gu, Ma-gu, Ma-gu, Ma-gu, Ma-gu, and Ma-gu.”
