A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2015, the Defendant reported at the residence of the Defendant located in Ansan-si, Masan-si B, on June 28, 2015, the Defendant 112 reported that he received a fine of KRW 1,00,000 as a crime of obstruction of performance of official duties against the police officers belonging to the police box at the Suwon-si Branch of the Suwon District Court on December 28, 2010, and sent a knife (30cm in length, 20cm in knife) which is a dangerous object at the residence of the Defendant, and sent the knife (20cm in length, knife) to a newspaper.

Accordingly, the police officer of the Ansan Police Station C commander of the Ansan Police Station, who had been working in the situation, called "A police officer with a knife knife and knife a police officer," who was asked the defendant about the circumstances of the report."
