Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has been pro rata to C and C, and C and D, the fact is merely the victim’s act as if the victim’s real estate was purchased and used to repay his/her personal debt by acquiring money from the victim, and did not intend to purchase the real estate from the victim and sent money to the amusement room operator. However, around June 13, 2015, C purchased the money from the victim E in total at KRW 1.8 billion on behalf of the president of the F Agricultural Partnership Corporation, at KRW 1.5 billion, at KRW 20 million, at KRW 1.5 billion, the Defendant purchased the money from the victim E in total at KRW 1.8 billion on behalf of the president of the F Agricultural Partnership Corporation, at KRW 20 million, and the down payment KRW 200,000,000,000, only 200,000,000,000 won, and 30,000,00,000 won, and 2,00,00.

On June 13, 2015, around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) knew of the fact that C, etc. committed the crime of fraud as above, but was well aware of the fact that C, etc. entrusted the purchase of real estate, he sent the photographed Defendant’s driver’s license to C, which was verified by the victim E; and (b) made it easier for C, etc. to commit the crime.
