Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 900,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

B The interest of the F local council members of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Do Council E is in office as G of a political party E, and in connection with the 19th presidential election, a person who was in office as a member of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province election for the E party candidate H.

Defendant

A is a person operating K(hereinafter referred to as "K") in a facility to protect persons with disabilities in J at the time of proposing the interest of the head of the I branch.

No one shall carry out or have another person carry out an election campaign for the members of an educational, religious or professional institution or organization, etc. taking advantage of any official act within the organization, and no one shall have another person carry out such act with respect to the members of the organization taking advantage of any official act within the organization of the third person.

When the schedule of N’s election campaign, the spouse of the 19th President Election E party candidate for the 19th President election in Jeju City (hereinafter “No.M.”), Defendant B planned to be set at the 19th President election campaign, Defendant B, by allowing A, who was accumulated a kind of friendship during the parliamentary activities related to the persons with disabilities with ordinary disabilities, to hold the said election campaign at the same place and to attend the meeting with the disabled members of K, thereby allowing A to hold the said election campaign at the eluculation, while having the disabled persons attending the election campaign at the above H’s election campaign, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant at around 20:12 on April 26, 2017, the defendant presented a request for attendance with neighbors for ‘N' because there is a total amount of force (N') at the inside of the day.

Around 20:18 on the same day, at around 20:18, a written request was made to the effect that “A calls for the mobilization of K trainees, etc. at a H private equity election district at the inside of the same day.”

Accordingly, A, upon the request of the above defendant, belongs to K at the place of speech and interview of the above N held on the 27th day of the same month at around 15:00.
