Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 27, 2007, the defendant was sentenced to a summary order of one million won or more as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Seogu District Court's branch court on August 27, 2007, and a summary order of 1.5 million won or more as a fine for the same crime from the same support on March 23, 2009, respectively, and was punished twice or more as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On November 20, 2013, at around 17:10, the Defendant driven BF truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 1 0.201% from the 1km section to the front road of the DF Apartment apartment located in Daegu-dong, Nam-gu, Daegu-gu.
