Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 19:00 on April 15, 2014, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim for about 15 minutes under the condition that the victim E (the age of 53) who was a police officer belonging to the said district, was urged to pay the taxi fare when he was expelled from the victim E (the age of 53) who was a taxi engineer in front of the Busan District Police Station C District of the Busan District Police Station, and was urged to pay the taxi fare, and the victim was able to hear from the aforementioned D and the fluent players who passed at the said district. The Defendant took a bath view, such as “I ki. I will come to the police officer. I will turn to the police officer.”
