1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 39,127,446 and KRW 38,070,393, whichever is applicable, 23.5% per annum from August 27, 2019 to the day of full payment.

The facts in the cause of the claim do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged with the overall purport of the pleadings as stated in the evidence Nos. 1 through 8. As such, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 23.9% per annum, which is the agreed delay damages rate, from August 27, 2019 to the date of full payment, with respect to KRW 39,127,446 and the principal amount of KRW 38,070,393, which is the credit card use charges.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
