1. Each 1/2 share of 1,081 square meters prior to Chuncheon City is confirmed to be owned by the Plaintiffs.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On July 16, 1915, E of the Land Survey Division related to D land was under the circumstances of KRW 389 (hereinafter “D land”). The name and address of one of the persons wounded in the Land Investigation and Injury E is written as “F” and “G”.

B. D land was divided into the content of the land cadastre as to the division of D land and the instant land, etc. into KRW 62 on February 18, 1963 (hereinafter “H land”) and KRW 327 on the day before C (hereinafter “instant land”).

The former land cadastre accident column drawn up as to H’s land is indicated as “assessment”, “G” in the owner’s address column, and “F” in the owner’s name column.

In the former land cadastre address written with respect to the instant land, which is unregistered land, the “G” and the name “F” are written in the “G” and the current land cadastre address column is written in the “Tcheon-gun I” and the “E” column.

C. On January 15, 1964, the content E of the registry following the change of H’s ownership entered into a sales contract to sell H’s land to the Defendant at KRW 1,550,000. Under the sales contract, E’s address, a seller, is indicated as “Ssong-gun Jin-gun, Jin-si,” which is the seller.

H On April 29, 1964, “E” was the owner, and on the land, the registration of preservation of ownership was completed by using “E” as the address of the owner.

On June 2, 1964, the Defendant completed the registration of the transfer of ownership on H land by subrogation of the E’s address, such as the address of the above sales contract, and completed the registration of the transfer of ownership on the ground of the above sale contract.

The Plaintiffs and E-related Plaintiff A’s father and Plaintiff B’s domicile, “E” were deceased on January 16, 1971, as the legal domicile of the Plaintiffs and E was “Sacheon-si K”, and at the time of death, they were residing in Chuncheon-si Lri at the time of death.
