[Criminal Power] On July 19, 2017, the Defendant sentenced 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 300,000 won for larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on January 14, 2018.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 2020. 3. 23. 12:14경 광주 광산구 B에 있는 C 비행장건널목에서, BT(폐색 궤도회로 : 철도의 신호와 건널목 경보기 등을 제어하는 전기회로) 착전 우측 쟘바선(25SQ 1조×6m)을 전정가위로 잡고 망치로 내리치는 방법으로 쟘바선 4개를 손괴하여 철도차량 운행에 위험을 발생하게 하였다.

2. 절도미수 피고인은 2020. 3. 23. 12:14경 광주 광산구 B에 있는 C 비행장건널목에서, BT(폐색 궤도회로 : 철도의 신호와 건널목 경보기 등을 제어하는 전기회로) 착전 우측 쟘바선(25SQ 1조×6m)을 전정가위로 잡고 망치로 내리쳐 쟘바선 4개를 절취하려고 하였으나, 경보기와 교통차단기가 작동되는 바람에 그 뜻을 이루지 못하고 미수에 그쳤다.
