(b) 1) As to the crimes in paragraph (1), a fine of one million won and a fine of four million won for the remaining crimes.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the 6th time of simultaneous local election conducted on June 4, 2014, the election of the National Assembly member of Chuncheon City, a local election, and Defendant B was the head of Defendant A, and Defendant C and Defendant D were the volunteers for the election campaign of Defendant C.

1. He shall not offer, express an intention to offer, or promise to offer money, goods, or other benefits in connection with the election campaign regardless of the pretext thereof, such as allowances, actual expenses, other compensation for volunteers, etc., except where he/she provides allowances, actual expenses, or other benefits under the Election of Public Officials Act;

The Defendants paid 50,000 won (200,000 won around April 2014, 300,000 won around May 2014, 2014) to J, a volunteer, in the election campaign office of Defendant A, in around April 2014 and around May 2014.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to offer money in connection with the election campaign to the election campaign party.

2. He/she shall not offer, express an intention to offer, or promise to offer money, goods, or other benefits in connection with the election campaign regardless of the pretext, such as allowances, actual expenses, and other compensation for volunteers, except where he/she provides allowances, actual expenses, or other benefits under the Election of Public Officials Act;

On May 19, 2014, the Defendants provided or expressed an intention to provide the 11th, 100,000 won of each market price to the 11 general members, including K, L, M, N,O, P, Q, R and volunteers, T and U at the above election campaign office.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to provide or express the intention to provide money in connection with the election campaign to the election campaign.

3. Allowances, actual expenses, and other volunteer service except where allowances, actual expenses, and other benefits are provided pursuant to the provisions of Defendant C and D Public Official Election Act.
