A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

A person who has failed to name (C.W) committed a crime by misrepresenting a financial institution, etc. against an unspecified victim by telephone, and by deceiving the money from the victim to another accomplice.
