Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On 21, 2017, the Defendant is the mother of the lessee D who entered into a contract with Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan Government No. 916, Seo-gu, Incheon, and the victim E is the owner of the above leased building and the rental business operator.
The Defendant agreed to complete a contract with the victim on March 13, 2018 due to the unpaid monthly rent and arranged the situation in the leased building on March 13, 2018; however, the Defendant failed to clean up the leased building on March 14, 2018, including the deposit deposit amount of KRW 1,447,650,00, including the cleaning expenses including the deposit of KRW 3,000,000, 1,552,350, 2000, and the Defendant decided to clean up the leased building on March 14, 2018, as stated in this special agreement with the victim and the certified broker under the F.
1.
