A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. Around April 13, 2013, the Defendant discovered the victim E (age 22, female) who danced at the Dial clubs located in Chang Mucompo-gu C around the new wall around the new wall, and thought to rape the victim.

2. Around 04:00 on April 13, 2013, the Defendant driven a H driver’s vehicle at the section of about 30 K km from the D’s age in Changwon-si C, Changwon-si, to the first road in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, around 06:10 on the same day.
