A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (inflicting Rape, etc.) reported that the victim C (in any female and 24 years of age) living in the second floor of a single house located in the space of his/her usual defendant's house is living in a shorter clothes such as half-bat, etc., and had the victim injured the victim's residence to rape;

At around 04:10 on August 7, 2010, the Defendant opened a kitchen door which was not corrected when the victim was locked at the residence of the second floor of the detached house located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and entered the room where the victim was locked, and then the victim was able to take care of the victim's body, which is a dangerous object by preparing in advance the victim's body with one hand, so as to prevent the victim from being locked with the human body and snow, and throw away the victim's body (the length 21 cm) above the victim's eye, and then threaten the victim's part of the victim's body, which is against the victim's head, and tried to rape the victim's resistance, such as taking over the victim's face in the room, but the victim's body cannot be seen during the course of the victim's escape, and the victim's chest and the victim's body cannot be seen.

On December 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 05:10 on December 25, 2013, the Defendant: (b) opened a Vietnama door, which was not corrected at the victim F’s residence in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; and (c) opened a house, and opened one string of Samsung Digital Cara, which was on the part of the victim’s cremation; and (d) one trings in the victim’s cremation; (e) two trings; and (e) two handets and rrings on the string.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen money and valuables owned by the victim equivalent to the total amount of 370,000 won in the market.
