Reasons
1. Determination as to the cause of claim
A. The facts of recognition 1) The Defendant is a company established on October 23, 2002 for the purpose of manufacturing and selling glass processing machinery, and is also the same co-ownership company on December 5, 201 (hereinafter “same co-ownership”) (hereinafter “same co-ownership”).
