Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From March 5, 2012 to March 5, 2016, the Defendant was the president of the EFFFD located in Busan Dong-gu.

1. Around January 2014, the Defendant, at the office of the president of the above community credit cooperative, stated the phone number of each representative on the list of representatives in which personal information, such as 120 representatives of the said community credit cooperative, date of birth, address, etc. is recorded, and reported to F without the consent of the representatives who are data subjects.

2. On March 7, 2016, the Defendant, in the course of counseling in order to file a lawsuit for invalidation of the election of the president of the E community credit cooperatives filed by the Defendant against F in Busan-gu G and law firms located in 808, the Defendant, without the consent of the representatives who are data subjects, sent the list of representatives, including 120 names, dates of birth, addresses, etc. of 120 representatives of the above community credit cooperatives, to H, the office manager of the said law firm.
