Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall destroy, damage, or fire a road, a waterway, or a bridge, or obstruct traffic by any other means.

On November 22, 2011, the Defendant attended an unreported assembly organized by C Headquarters from around 21:01 to 22:24 of the same day, and occupied approximately KRW 2,800 of the participants in the assembly from around 21:01 to around 22:24 of the same day, and obstructed vehicle traffic by occupying approximately 100 meters from the sexual hair distance in the name-based Dong in Seoul Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul to approximately 100 meters.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with traffic.
