1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be principal lawsuit and counterclaim.

1. The grounds for admitting the judgment of the court of first instance are the same as the grounds for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, they are quoted by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure

2. The plaintiff's principal claim and the defendant's counterclaim are justified within the scope of each recognition. Thus, the remaining principal claim and counterclaim are dismissed as they are without merit.

The judgment of the court of first instance is just in its conclusion, and all appeals filed by the plaintiff and the defendant are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
