1. The appeal on the principal claim and counterclaim by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) is dismissed, respectively.

The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance regarding the instant case is as follows: (a) the statement of evidence No. 19 is admitted as evidence for fact-finding; and (b) the statement of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is identical to the statement of the reasoning of the judgment; and (c) the addition of the result of the appraisal commission and the result of supplementary commission to the head of the hospital of the court of first instance

As such, the plaintiff's main claim and the defendant's counterclaim are justified within the scope of the above recognition, and each of the plaintiff's remaining main claim and the defendant's remaining counterclaim shall be dismissed as they are without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the defendant's appeal against the plaintiff is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
