1. All appeals filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the instant principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be the principal lawsuit.
Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of this court citing the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is citing it according to the main sentence of Article 420
2. The plaintiff's main claim is justified within the scope of the above recognition, and the plaintiff's remaining main claim and the defendant's counterclaim should be dismissed for each reason.
The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and all appeals filed by the defendant against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
