Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall newly install food entertainment business facilities in an area designated and publicly notified as a riparian zone in order to preserve the water quality of the Han River system, and any person who intends to operate a restaurant or a general restaurant in rest shall report thereon to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

1. On August 9, 2016, in violation of the Act on the Improvement of Water Quality and Support for Residents of the Han River basin, a resting restaurant and a general restaurant, which are food entertainment facilities, were installed within the Gyeonggi-gu Gamping site.

2. From August 9, 2016 to March 7, 2017, “E” in Gyeonggi-gun D, without filing a business report with the competent authorities, shall be equipped with cooking facilities and tables. From 85.02 square meters to 8,000 won after cooking coffee, bread, etc. at a place of business with a total of 85.02 square meters, a resting restaurant business is operated, and breacing and providing brea, country, and straw, etc. after cooking and cooking boom, spice, etc. at a place of business with a total of 136.94 square meters; and a general restaurant business that sells 50,000 won from 10,000,000 won to 50,000 won during the above period; and a general restaurant and a general restaurant.
