1. Details of ruling;

A. The decision of Gangwon-do Governor on the urban management plan of Gangwon-do shall be abbreviated on October 24, 2008 by the former Act on National Land Planning and Utilization and National Land Planning Act and the National Land Planning Act.

Pursuant to Article 30 of the Act on February 6, 2009 (amended by Act No. 9442 of Feb. 6, 2009), the Sincheon-si Nilwon (hereinafter “instant project site”) newly established sports facilities of area of 927,482 square meters in size (hereinafter “instant project”) and publicly announced the determination of the Sincheon-si Urban Management Planning (hereinafter “the determination of the instant urban management plan”) including the determination of urban planning facilities in which urban planning facilities are located (hereinafter “the instant project”).
