Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Registration of Credit Business, etc. and Protection of Financial Users in the Incheon District Court on August 21, 2012, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 29, 2012. On June 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution for eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (a collective weapon, etc.) at the Daejeon District Court on June 25, 2013.

On January 8, 2010, the Defendant found the main point of the female mar’s operation, thereby threatening the owner of the business with a deadly weapon, and tried to forcibly commit an indecent act. On the part of the Eju, around the new wall, the Defendant found the victim D (nive, 42 years old) located in Seo-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon and ordered the victim’s drinking and basic proposal, and requested the victim to pay the purchase price in advance and pay the purchase price.
