Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates food manufacturing business with the trade name called "C in Gwangju City".

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall place a false indication of the place of origin or place a mark likely to cause confusion therewith.

Nevertheless, during the period from May 13, 2015 to June 19, 2015, the Defendant purchased KRW 1,700 kg for imported swine 1,700 kg for imported swine 1,700 g, double 3,000 g for May 18, 2015 to June 23, 2015, the Defendant produced 772 boxes (15,440 g) in the bones of the bones of the verte of the products name from May 18, 2015 to the Republic of Korea, and sold 40,580 won (14,852,400 g) for the bones of the swine to the Republic of Korea, and sold 366 boxes (14,700 g for imported swine g for the said period to the Republic of Korea, with the place of origin indicated as the bones of the imported swine g for the said period.
