Punishment of the crime

D and nameless boxes (OX) posted an advertisement on the Internet website that “a house with security may be borrowed, but the house owner may receive 10% of the loan” in order to recruit accomplices who will participate in loan fraud for the entire loan, and the Defendant reported the above posted article to X, and sent the network M to the network M after obtaining the consent by communicating it to the network M.

After that, the defendant prepared a false lease contract with D, X, and network M, with the defendant as a lessee, a lessor, and the network M, and conspired to use this contract to obtain a loan from a commercial bank to distribute the loan.

At around 14:00 on October 2, 2012, the Defendant drafted a false apartment lease agreement with the lessee, Y, Y, 150 million won deposit, 150 million won contract deposit, 15 million won contract deposit, and 2 years of contract, as to Q apartment 921-704 at the AA Licensed Real Estate Agent Office in Pakistan, where the Z is owned by the net M.

On the other hand, the defendant made a false move-in report as if the defendant moved into the above Q apartment 921 Dong 704 on the same day at the Samsdong Office located in Busan Westerndong-dong.

After that, D and the Defendant were waiting at the point of Korea, NHF Bank, Korea, and D waiting outside of the above bank at around 10:56 on October 4, 2012, when they applied for a lease loan of KRW 120 million, and the Defendant submitted a false lease contract and a resident registration certificate stating false transfer details, etc. from the director AB of the division in charge of loan of the above bank at around 12, 200 million on October 12, 2012, and was transferred from the director AB of the division in charge of loan of the above bank at around 12, 200,000 won as a loan for lease of the entire loan of KRW 12,00 to the account of the National Bank in the name of the deceased M.

Accordingly, the defendant received property by deceiving the victim in collusion with D, net M and X.
