The punishment against A and C shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than an entrusted business entity, who has violated the National Sports Promotion Act or opened gambling space, shall provide any property or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the outcome by issuing the right to vote for sports promotion or things similar thereto;

G, H, and I planned a crime of opening and operating an illegal sports soil site for profit-making in 2010 to receive money from many unspecified people and create profits.

G, H, and I opened and operated an additional M and N website in the name of "K" from around 2010 to from around 2011 in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, when the crackdown was in operation of an illegal sports soil site. On February 2, 2011, when the crackdown took place only a domestic public relations team and the operating team move its office to China's Cheongdo road, and the name of the site was changed to "L".

G et al., in detail from the end of April 2013 to April 2014, and again from April 2014 to February 2015, from China Cheongdo to February 2015, and from February 2015 to September 2017, G et al. opened a public relations team office in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu's apartment, P apartment, Q apartment, etc., and operated an illegal sports earth site by dividing it into an operating team and public relations team.

Defendant

A around April 2015, he/she had the mind to participate in the crime by introducing Ro-gu R, a person in charge of publicity of the above sports earth site. Defendant B had the mind to participate in the crime, around 2010, and Defendant C had the mind to participate in the crime by soliciting pro-Japanese G in 2011, respectively.

For the above period, G was a general manager in Korea and abroad, and overall control over the affairs of illegal sports discussions sites. I opened a site outside Korea, managed a server and site, managed a domain and a back-to-door account, opened a broadcasting site for sports discussions. H is a general manager.
