A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months and by a fine not exceeding 1,00,000 won.

"2014 Highest 3618"

1. Around 14:40 March 30, 2014, the Defendant driven a CCA 1105 motorcycle without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from the front day of the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu Seo-gu Incheon to the front day of the 333-1 New Port Center, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon.

2. On March 30, 2014, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around 14:40, the Defendant was required to present his/her driver’s license or identification card to the head of the police station affiliated with the Incheon Western Police Station D District Police Station, as described in paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act; (b) and (c) did not present his/her driver’s license or identification card; and (d) used another person’s resident registration number by speaking the resident registration number (G) of the F who was known to the general public.

3. The Defendant signed a “F” on an electronic device (PDA) without authority for the purpose of exercising his/her signature to issue a penalty payment notice for traffic offense from the police officer at the time, time, place, etc. mentioned in paragraph (2) and forged another’s signature.

4. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (2) and at the place specified in paragraph (3), had the signature of forged F with computerized input, thereby exercising the forged signature of the Defendant.

The defendant of "2014 Highest 6000" is a person liable for military service.

Where a person liable for military service moves his place of residence, he shall file a move-in report within 14 days.

Even though the defendant moved his residence at the end of July 2013 from "I" Chinese restaurant in Seo-gu Incheon to the Seo-gu Incheon, he did not make a move-in report to the head of the Dong having his residence within 14 days from that day without justifiable grounds.

1. Violation of the Resident Registration Act;

A. On March 15, 2013, the Defendant was driving K Oba without wearing human life protection outfits on the front side of Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon at around 23:21.
