A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant is 45,00,000 won by fraud to C who is an applicant for compensation, and D who is an applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. The Defendant, on August 23, 2013, recommended the Victim C, living in Seoul, to engage in real estate brokerage business at the Daejeon Pungdong-dong-gu, Daejeon, and had the right to take care of the victim so that the victim can reside in Daejeon. On August 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) called the victim’s phone call at the scene of the Daejeon Pungdong-dong-dong-gu, and obtained 1.5 studio tax from the other party to the Daejeon Pungdong-dong-dong-gu; (b) “The transfer of KRW 10 million to the other party to the Daejeon Pungdong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu-gu-gu-gu.” However, the Defendant, on account of the fact that the Defendant had not obtained 1.5 studio-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu-gu-dong-dong-gu-dong-gu-gu-gu-dong-dong-dong-gu-gu-gu-dong-.

However, with regard to the above 205, the Defendant entered into a monthly lease contract with the lessor as the victim, deposit money of KRW 3 million, and KRW 350,000,000 for monthly rent between the lessor and H, and did not have paid KRW 35,00,000 to the lessor.

On August 30, 2013, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 35 million from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (F) in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

B. Crimes against victims D are committed on July 1, 2013.
