Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 24, 2016, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul High Court to four years and six months of imprisonment for habitual special larceny, and completed the execution of the said sentence on June 7, 2017.

(Criminal Facts)

1. The Defendant committed the crime against the Victim AT at around 03:07 on April 27, 2020, at the convenience point in the operation of the Victim AU in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, and at least 197,000 won in cash, such as 12, 5,000 won in 12, 9, 1,000 won in 1,00 won in knter credit cooperative, and 180,000 won in 1,000 won in knter and 1,000 won in knter.

2. On May 2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 03:08 on May 2, 2020, operated by the victim AX in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun; (b) opened the back of the unCorrectioned Haak-gun; and (c) invaded inside it, and carried out cash worth of KRW 700,000 in the safe.

The Defendant, throughout the night, stolen property by intrusion upon a structure that the victims receive at night.
