Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On March 26, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for habitual night structure intrusion and larceny in the Daejeon District Court’s jurisdiction, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 31, 2017. On April 13, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for the same crime in the same court and completed the execution of the sentence in the same prison on February 12, 2020.

【Criminal Facts】

At around 03:20 on March 6, 2020, the Defendant: (a) habitually held a window that was not corrected at the “D” restaurant operated by the victim C in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu; and (b) subsequently stolen the victim’s cash worth of KRW 10,000, market price of KRW 17,000, and KRW 17,000, which are the victim’s possession at that place; and (c) subsequently, attempted to steals property worth KRW 504,00 on 11 occasions in total from that time until March 16, 2020, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

In this regard, the defendant was sentenced to two or more times due to habitual night structure theft and attempted to steals the victim's property or property again within three years after the execution of the sentence was completed.
