Punishment of the crime

around December 26, 2014, the Defendant, “2015 Highest 539”, the Defendant: (a) written an advertisement of selling books on the Aradong-dong-dong PC, and (b) written an advertisement of selling books on the Internet website; (c) despite the absence of intent or ability to sell it, the Defendant got off KRW 170,00,00 from the Victim F to the national bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant.
