A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) requested F (17) and G (17) to Labab to provide volunteer service to residents by forming Bananana at the “E” event site governed by the D Community Service Center in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and (2) on October 27, 2018; and (b) received Labab from the public performance hall; and (c) conducted a patently obscene act in a state where people in the event site, including F and G, can be seen as “I do not move back.” However, the Defendant was fabling and shaking the Defendant’s sexual organ on the Defendant’s sexual organ.

2. Around October 27, 2018, the Defendant, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around 14:03 on October 27, 2018, insulting the victims by openly insulting the victims by “in a state where people in the event site were able to see that they were not demanding the said victim F (math, 17 years of age), G (g), and 17 years of age).”

3. On October 27, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim by booming the victim’s her hand on the ground that the victim H (17 years of age) who was engaged in volunteer service at the place specified in paragraph (1) was aware of the Defendant’s crime specified in paragraphs (1) and (2).

4. On October 27, 2018, from around 14:02 to 14:22, the Defendant interfered with the performance of duties, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol at the places listed in paragraph (1), took a bath without any justifiable reason, and obstructed the performance of the above “E” event, which is managed and supervised by the victimJ of the I affiliated victim by force for about 20 minutes, by means of violence, insult, etc., as described in paragraphs (1) through (3).
