Punishment of the crime

1. The joint Defendant D, before the Defendants’ joint crime was separated (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”), was unemployed owners who operated the F Game City under the trade name “F Gameland” on the third floor of the same building from Ulsan-gu E and the second floor from April 2016 to December 16, 2016, and Defendant A received the respective game heads from Defendant D and conspired to divide profits from exchangeing and acquiring the said game. Defendant C and Defendant B, as employees of the above game heads, conspired to divide profits from exchange in the above game.
