1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 19.2 million to the Plaintiff; and (b) 5% per annum from September 7, 2018 to February 1, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The defendant between the defendant and the non-party C was unable to continue the business of the above brokerage office due to his wife and his health problems while running the licensed real estate agent's business with the trade name of "E-authorized brokerage office" located in Ansan-si D.

Accordingly, at the above brokerage office, C requested that the defendant be able to operate the above brokerage office under the name of the defendant, and the defendant accepted this request, and C has operated the above brokerage office under the name of the defendant from April 2008 to July 2014 and operated real estate brokerage business.

B. On January 11, 2010, the broker of F apartment rental agreement against the Plaintiff (1) leased the “Y apartment H (F apartmentH (hereinafter “F apartment”) from the Nonparty G in the name of the Defendant for a lease period of 2 years and 36 million won under the supervision of C, and thereafter, the lessee paid the lease deposit to G through C and resided in the said apartment.

(2) After the intermediation of I apartment lease agreement, the Plaintiff leased the term of lease of KRW 2 years and the lease deposit amount of KRW 80 million from the Li-si K (hereinafter referred to as “I apartment”) by the Li-si K (hereinafter referred to as “I apartment”) under the mediation of C around January 25, 2014, according to the termination of the F apartment lease agreement.

C. (1) The process and details of the payment of deposit for the I Apartment Lease Contract (1) and the Plaintiff paid 8 million won the down payment of the lease deposit to the KI Apartment Lease Co., Ltd. at the time of the above I Apartment Lease Contract, and upon C’s request, the Plaintiff paid 36 million won to C (20 million won is transferred to the Defendant’s account used by C, and 16 million won is directly paid to C) and the remainder of 36 million won is paid to C by receiving 36 million won the lease deposit for the F Apartment Lease.
