Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 High 62"

1. The Defendant is a thief who, by the end of August 2015, served as a brokerage assistant at a “D” certified brokerage office located in 103 apartment commercial buildings at the time of racing-si.

On September 1, 2015, at around September 17:00, the Defendant: (a) notified the Defendant that he was dismissed; and (b) reported the termination of the employment relationship of a broker assistant employee for the Defendant at the time of racing, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s property, such as a victim E’s authorized broker certificate, a registration certificate of a brokerage office, a business registration certificate, and a business registration certificate.

3. At around 11:20, around the above authorized brokerage office, the victim F, who is the real estate owner, was damaged by inserting the phrase “Prohibition of Access” and “police station” in red painting doors and glass windows so that the victim F, who is the real estate owner, can receive the repair cost of 1.4 million won.

From the end of August 2015, the Defendant, “2016 High 95,” had worked as a brokerage assistant at the “D” certified brokerage office located in the “D” shopping mall 103 at racing-si, and E is a person who operates the said certified brokerage office as a certified brokerage office.

Victim F is the owner of the building of the above authorized brokerage office under E.B.

The defendant still has the right to possess the above authorized brokerage office despite being notified of dismissal from E at the end of August 2015.

On September 10, 2015, between September 10, 2019 and 19:44 on the same day, the victim’s property was damaged in a way that the repair cost of the victim’s property would be equal to 1.4 million won by using a red chroding press in the entrance and glass of the above authorized brokerage office.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property and damaged its utility.
