Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants A, B, and E jointly committed a traffic accident with intent to receive the insurance premium from the victim’s fire insurance company, which caused a traffic accident.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to attract the victim company to receive the goods.

2. Defendants A, B, and D jointly committed a traffic accident with intent to receive insurance premium from the victim Samsung T&T insurance company by intentionally causing a traffic accident.

D around September 15:20 on September 8, 2013, when the vehicle was parked on the front side of the NEM, the Defendant’s wife P, Defendant A’s wife P, Defendant A’s wife Q, and R had intentionally flicked the Defendant A’s operation of the vehicle, and Defendant B reported the situation to the victim company as if it was an ordinary traffic accident.

Defendants were granted KRW 5,828,630,00 in total from September 10, 2013 to November 5, 2013 by the victim company as agreed money, medical expenses, and passenger car repair expenses.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to attract the victim company to receive the goods.

3. Defendants A and B intentionally commit joint crimes.
