A A Fine of 500,000 won, Defendant B’s fine of 2,00,000 won, Defendant C, D, E, F, H, and I shall be punished by each fine of 1,00.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Notwithstanding the fact that Defendant A had worked in the construction site from January 2014 to September 2014, Defendant A received unemployment benefits of KRW 1960,000,000 from that time by false means, as shown in the attached Table 1 of Crimes List No. 200,000,000 from that time, by filing an application for recognition of eligibility for unemployment benefits with the Port Employment Center of the Daegu Regional Labor Agency branch office located in the 221 North Korea-gu, Jung-gu, 2015, when filing an application for recognition of eligibility for unemployment benefits, and by filing a false report as if he/she had worked in the construction site of two houses, etc.
2. Notwithstanding the fact that Defendant B had never worked on the construction site from December 2, 2012 to February 2014, Defendant B received unemployment benefits of KRW 1920,000,000 from that time by means of false representation, including, but not limited to, payment of unemployment benefits on April 9, 2014 by filing a false report as if he/she had worked on the construction site of two construction sites, at the port employment center of the Daegu Regional Labor Agency branch office located in the 221 North Korea-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, as of March 26, 2014.
3. Notwithstanding the fact that Defendant C had worked in the construction site from around December 2012 to February 2014, Defendant C received unemployment benefits of KRW 3.6 million in total by false means, such as in the attached Table 4 minutes of crime, from that time, by falsely reporting as if he/she applied for recognition of eligibility for unemployment benefits at the port employment center of the Daegu-gu branch office of the Employment and Labor Office located in 221, Jung-gu, North Korea, Seoul, on June 27, 2014, when he/she applied for recognition of eligibility for unemployment benefits, and received unemployment benefits of KRW 3.2 million on July 11, 2014, by falsely reporting his/her history, as if he/she had worked in the construction site of two houses, etc.
