1. As above, the Defendant stored a medical device with a total amount of KRW 106,100,00 from May 19, 201 to July 20, 2014, for the purpose of selling a medical device without obtaining marketing approval or filing marketing notification, and sold the medical device around that time.
2. On May 11, 201, Defendant B, at the 1st floor's location of the D factory located in Suwon-si, Defendant B, as a manufacturer of “a wood card” manufactured by printing numbers and pictures in a special optical material on the back of the drump card in order to use them for gambling, and contact lenses, which is a medical device that did not obtain a product license or file a product notification, and is a manufacturer of “a wood card”.
