Punishment of the crime

Around that time, Defendant A continuously sold 600,000 won and 70,000 won for each set of sets, which was integrated into “T Card” and “Les” and sold to those who want to gamble for fraud.

In addition, in collusion with the above D, the Defendant stored the medical device for the purpose of sale without obtaining marketing approval equivalent to KRW 34,120,000 from the above date to January 22, 2014, or without filing marketing notification, in collusion with the above D, etc., and around that time, sold the medical device from KRW 600,000 to KRW 70,000 for each set.

2. On February 18, 2012, Defendant B: (a) the name card produced by printing numbers and pictures on the back of the drum card of static in order to use them for fraud; (b) the name card produced by printing them with special optical material; and (c) the medical device that did not obtain marketing approval or file marketing notification.
