1. The Defendant’s KRW 28,397,130 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from February 28, 2018 to January 25, 2019.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The relationship between the Plaintiff and the Defendant began to associate with the Plaintiff with the Plaintiff, who had been a customer in the singing room around 2014 while running the singing room and going without his/her spouse.
B. The Plaintiff transferred money to the Defendant upon the Defendant’s request that the Defendant lend money during his teaching service with the Defendant, as follows.
