A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from a person under whose name the job offer advertisement reported to the effect that he/she seeks a gold member via the Internet B website to the effect that “on deposit with no passbook in another account by receiving money; (b) KRW 200,000 if the amount of money is in excess of KRW 10,000; and (c) KRW 150,000 if the amount is less than KRW 10,000,000,000,000 shall be paid as an allowance; and (d) accepted it; and (e) received the so-called “passer’s liability” from the person under whose name the said person participated in the transaction at the Internet; and (e) received the so-called “passer’s fraud” and deposited it into another account used for the management account of criminal proceeds; and (e) aided and abetting the

On March 22, 2019, the employees of the Singing Agency misrepresented the victim C by telephone to provide loans at a low interest rate of 3% per annum from the government-funded goods. However, only when the government-funded loan is to be repaid, it becomes possible to provide loans. It is false to the effect that the above employees of the Singing Agency misrepresented the victim at a low interest rate of 3% per annum from the government-funded goods. It received from the above victim a total of KRW 5 million from the F Bank account (G) account in the name of E at around the 26th of the same month, and KRW 8 million from H (I) account in the name of H, and from around the 27th of the same month, the sum of KRW 18170,000 from the F Bank account in the name of J (K).

On March 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) under the direction of a person who was unable to receive the name (L) for the organization of the foregoing Bosing (hereinafter “L”); (b) moved from J in front of the NE in the Gyeonggi-si City of the Government of the Republic of Korea; and (c) deposited KRW 10 million,000,000,000,000 in the name of the PF bank account under the name of the Defendant’s payment, and deposited KRW 9,80,000,000 in the name of the PF bank account in the name of the PF bank account for the Defendant’s payment at around 16:39 of the same day.
