A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victim together with C and D.

2. On February 15, 2014, the Defendant, along with C and D, discovered a 125cc c c c gate, parked in the middle-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, with the intent to steal it. C and D reported the network in their surroundings, and C and D reported the 100 c c c 1,200 c c c 1,200,000 won in the market price of the victim I owned by the Defendant, sticked to the c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victim together with C and D.
