Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The supply and demand of the Defendant, a limited liability company, a limited liability company C, a limited liability company, and a limited liability joint construction company (hereinafter only referred to as each company name) shall be D New Construction Corporation from the Ministry of Justice on 2009 (hereinafter referred to as “instant Construction Corporation”).
At the time, the share of the joint supply and demand was 33%, 22%, 315%, 30%, and 30%, respectively. (2) The members of the joint supply and demand organization agreed that the joint supply and demand organization will undertake the construction of this case internally.
However, when the Ulsan integrated construction was omitted from the joint supply and demand company during the process of the secondary construction, the remaining companies changed the shares of the joint supply and demand company on December 21, 2010 to Defendant 47%, U.S. construction 31.5% and C31.5%, and C decided to proceed with the instant construction as the principal agent.
