A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 22, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a CF cattle or other car in the section of about 300 meters from the road near the 4845 Blubbbbbs in the East Sea as of the East Sea to the road near the Jeoncheon River in the East Sea, without obtaining a driver’s license in around 07:20 on April 22, 2018.
