A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 17, 2018, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license of a motor vehicle on around 06:00, operated a C EF small-scale motor vehicle at the section of about 500 meters from the 300-4 side of the Gangseo-si apartment to the road near the Gangseo-si bus terminal located in the 20-ro of Gangseo-si.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CF lawsuit or other car.

On January 17, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car at around 06:00, and led to two-lanes in the direction of the terminal crossing from the boundary of the intersection site to the intersection crossing of the two-lane road near the Gangseo-si bus terminal located in the 20-ro of Gangseo-si.

At the time, there are nights, and there are lots of crosswalks installed, so that the driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by checking whether or not there is a pedestrian, and by temporarily stopping the motor vehicle so as not to obstruct the passage of the pedestrian if there is a pedestrian, making the pedestrian pass first, and making the pedestrian do not conflict with the pedestrian.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not obtain the above driver's license as stated in the above 1. paragraph, and did not discover the victim D (if known, 80 years old) to the left-hand side from the defendant's right-hand side while neglecting the above duty of care, the defendant did not receive the victim as the front-hand part of the above car.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim due to the above occupational negligence, such as the upper left-hand side, the lower lower part of the lower part of the body, the lower part of the body, and the lower part of the upper part of the body.
