Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2016, the Defendant, at around 22:50 on March 29, 2016, was going to cross the road without permission in front of a member of the C Assembly located in B, and was urged to build the road using the crosswalk from the slope E, etc. belonging to the said police box.
