Punishment of the crime

On April 21, 2017, the Defendant driven a BM7 vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling of about 0.116% in the front of the Dong-dong market among approximately 34-lane 34, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, on the road in front of the Dong-dong market, with approximately 2km alcohol leveling to 0.16% in front of Dong-dong.
