Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to three months of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law at the Daejeon District Court on March 29, 201, and was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law at the same court on October 11, 2012, and on April 29, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law at the same court on April 29, 201, and was sentenced to eight times of the same kind of crime.

On February 24, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol around 0.16:01, the Defendant driven a car 200 meters distance from the vicinity of the string market in Daejeon Jung-gu to the entrance of the string apartment in the same Dong, from around 0.169% of blood alcohol content.
