A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 01:0 on December 13, 2012, the victim E (the age of 45) who is a singingman in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, had only one female singinger through the singingman E (the age of 45); and (b) returned the female singinger’s mind; and (c) made a return to the victim, stating that “I would not want to report her intention; (d) I would not want to give money to the victim; and (d) I frighted to the victim in such a way as to show the victim’s correspondence, such as getting off from the face.”
