A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On July 7, 2017, at around 23:38, the Defendant: (a) damaged the victim’s “D” restaurant run in the Dansan-si B of the Defendant and the Defendant’s father so that the gate room, which is a dangerous object, can be displayed in the victim’s room, and damaged the victim’s 500,000 won of repair costs by destroying one head of the Eone Starsch Rexroth, which is parked in front of the victim’s restaurant, in the front of the restaurant; and (b) one head of the Eone Star Co., Ltd., which is parked in front of the restaurant.

2. On August 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a FIstam car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.118% from the apartment parking lot located in the 64-lane 64-gil, Hansan-si, Hansan-si, to the front roads of the National Bank located in the same city-wide.
